As a prelude to his much anticipated album, “Coronation,” newcomer rapper Yesi will release 10 songs in 10 days in a mixtape effort entitled “The Breakoff”: Prequel to Coronation. The first single Pon Pon Pon (Yesi Mix)–a tribute to Nigerian hip-hop artist DaGrin was released on May 10. A new song will be released every day until May 20th. Yesi’s debut album, “Coronation,” is slated for release on May 25th.
