Swagga Kings is group that was founded by three friends (Ash Kash Mula, Raspy and Yung Kris aka God’son) due to their love for music to elevate their style of music which is a blend of Hip-hop and Nigerian style of music. They are currently working on their debut album which will be out soon. Swagga Kings are born of Nigerian parents based in Boston, Massachusetts in the United States. They bring a unique blend of music styles to the table.
Inspired by the likes of great Nigerian legends like Sunny Ade, Raskimono, Mike Okri, late Fela Kuti and from the new school M.I, Eldee, Dbanj to name a few.
The mixtape is a compilation of the group going at various instrumentals (Naija or not). Hence the name of the mixtape: Jacking for beats..The Mixtape Vol.1.
