OOTV: Chase
We are so used to seeing male groups and I am delighted to be featuring a female Naija music group. This group of ladies known as “CHASE” consists of 3 young, vibrant and talented ladies (Chat-Ollah-January) in their early twenties. The group was created in January 2009 by music business executive Alex Yangs.
The group has spent the last 18 months writing, bonding and recording material for their debut album now titled “Inspired” due out later this year and sees collaborations with Mo-Cheddah and M.I, and a few underground buzzed act. The album is being created to push female values backed by other inspirational messages with well crafted songs along with some heavy sound production that can jump a party + its going to be an inspiring experience.
I really love this party starting track! Very catchy track featuring a fusion of a common Yoruba song and famous lines from the likes of Jesse Jagz amongst others! I look forward to their next single. If they continue at this pace, then we can see them advancing fast into the limelight. What’s your opinion?
